Chris & Libby On Caribbean Cruise
I am indeed fortunate to have Chris for a son. I was approaching 40 years old and coming off a bitter divorce from my first wife, Barbara, when I first started dating Mary Ann Melfi, who was an executive secretary in the Columbus Gas Service Corporation. Research was a department of the Service Corporation. We were married in 1970 in a simple serivce at her home with her Mother, Father, my brother Jim, looking on.
Mary Ann was my second wife. You can real about my marriages HERE.
Chris was born about a year after we were married and it was a difficult delivery. A C-section was performed by her Dr. Angel, who was her doctor, about 3AM in the morning. Naturally, I was thrilled to have a son after resigning myself to no children in my first marriage.
Below are photographs that I found among my Dad's old scrapbooks.

My uncle, George, and his wife, Glenna, visit us. And Mary Ann's parents, Mike and Carolyn, visit.
