My Favorite Recipes

I have three recipes that I always use for special occasions. Many times I will serive two together.

Click on one of the photos below to see the recipes, ingrendants, how to put it together, and baking time.

	My Cheesy Creamed Potatoes were standard when we had a christmas dinner.
	Chicken Stir Fy. Preparations is the key.
	Everyone "loves" my apple crisp served over vanilla ice cream.

For each of these I will (1) list the ingredients, (2) how to mix the ingrredients, (3) baking/cooking time, and (4) presentation.
