A YEAR ON THE ROAD IN OUR MOTORHOME
BOOK 5/PAGE 10 - THE END OF OUR YEAR ON THE ROAD
The Dinosaur National Monument Quarry area is a "dig" in a 55' high and 100' long area with hundreds of bones. As we continue on your road east we pas another pretty waterfall.
June, 1991 to June, 1992
On into Colorado where the mountains are high and the water is plentyful.
Pronghorn Antelope are in abundancy in this area as are the waterfalls.
Just before to stop for the night we came upon this waterfall. Our last photograph about our year on the road is very appropiate, a rainbow over our motorhome as we store things and head back to South Carolina where we begin a new chapter in your life. We invite you to see and read about the building of your new home in Anderson, SC by clicking this text.
Both Jeanne and I enjoyed our "Year On The Road" and this year is one that we will remember for as long as we live. Our only sadness is that many of you may never have the opportunity to see America, Canada, and Alaska like we did. Perhaps, this section of David's scrapbook of the Thomson scrapbook will encourage you to plan for the future and, maybe, you too will spend a "Year On The Road" like we did. |
