This must be a left over photograph of Cumberland falls that we took at night. The overlook is someplace on the way back to Ohio, probably in the Smoky Mountains.
Jeanne relaxes by the river. And then it is another ferry across a river.
The ferry rides are always nice and relaxing. On the right, we are back home and Sam is chasing a squirrel around the backyard. So far, thank goodness, he has never caught one
It is amazing how long Sam, or any cat, will sit and stare up a tree at a squirrel or bird. Sam finally figures out that the squirrel is on the other side of the tree.
Jeanne's 3rd son, Terry, graduates from Ohio State University in December, 1990. Jeanne and Larry financed his education so he could move on to a better job and life. He indeed has! It took Terry 6 months after graduation to find a job with Bank One in Columbus. The back was installing a new Sun computer system and they didn't really plan for someone to run it. This was Terry's skill in college - working on a Sun. So he was hired and making so much money he didn't know what to do with it all. He then was offered a job in Phoenix, AZ doing similar work with Bank Of America. Now (2004) he is a vice president of the bank and enjoying a life he never ever considered. Larry, and Jeanne are very, very proud of Terry's accomplishment.
The graduation begins with the graduates entering the field house. There are so many that it takes about 1/2 hour before all are seated. Terry has a "red circle" around him so anyone can easily pick him out in the crowd.
